Description
- Clean and pulp the fruits: Wash the ripe regu pandlu thoroughly. Mash or grind them to a coarse paste. You can remove seeds manually or strain.
- Flavoring: Add salt, chili powder, and optional spices like cumin or fenugreek. Mix well to form a thick paste.
- Sun-drying: On a clean plastic sheet or steel plate, drop small portions (like thick dollops) of the paste. Dry them under the sun for 23 days or until fully dried and leathery. Turn them over once partially dried to ensure even drying.
- Storage: Once dried, store in an airtight container. They last for several months.
