Apply ghee or oil on both palms and make small round shape jamuns of equal portions, without cracks on the surface of dough. 2) Deep fry in ghee or oil on low heat till light golden brown. 3) Soak the jamuns in hot sugar syrup untill the jamuns have absorbed the syrup fully for 1-2 hours Prepration of Sugar Syrup : Prepare sugar syrup by dissolving 1.5kg sugar in 1500ml water. Boil & Simmer for 5mins. you can flavour the syurp with cardamom powder or saffron strands. Suvidhi Tips: for richer Gulab jamuns use milk instead of water while making dough.
